With a caring hands-on management style, she directs day-to-day operations as well as implementing long-range planning for our communities.

Carole has thirty years in the healthcare field, with the last decade focused on Assisted Living. She designs, implements and maintains comprehensive Quality Assurance programs that drive each community to consistently exceed expectation.

Ellen Antonucci
Vice President of Marketing

Ellen has over twenty years of experience in the sales and marketing of Assisted Living communities, and single- and multi-family residential developments. She is responsible
for conveying the many life-enriching opportunities
our properties have to offer.

Randy Tremble
Vice President of Food and Beverage

Randy’s nearly thirty years of food service expertise spans several continents. Here in the United States, his impressive, coast-to-coast management experience, specifically in Assisted Living, has resulted in a culinary standard that is second to none in the field.

Marlynn Cohen
Vice President of Human Resources

Marlynn is responsible to provide guidance for legal compliance as well as skills trainings, compensation strategy and management support for the Company. She has 20 years of Human Resources experience in multiple site environments including 6 years in Assisted Living.
Ms. Cohen has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics
from New York University.

Eileen Rainer
Vice President of Finance

Eileen brings over thirteen years of Corporate Accounting experience to our team, with the last ten years specializing in the field of Assisted Living. She implements and manages efficient accounting and finance policies and procedures.

Brian White
Vice President of Environmental Services

Brian’s fifteen years of experience in Assisted Living maintenance and renovation construction qualifies
him to oversee and upgrade the buildings and grounds
of our communities. His strong leadership ensures the
highest quality surroundings for our residents.

Kyra Sosnow, MBA
Director of Corporate Projects

Kyra has been promoted from within our organization to implement and manage the communication and information operations at our assisted living communities. Her experience as a management consultant qualifies her to train staff and guarantee optimal systems’ performance.
