Ultimate Care began as the managment company for the Long Island's unsurpassed assisted living communities "The Bristals". Since January 2000, we have dedicated ourselves to enhancing the lives of Long Island seniors by encouraging them to enjoy and express their independence. We have expanded our organization to manage assisted living homes throughout the metropolitan area, so we may serve an ever expanding senior community.
